Mars Colony

Design, build, and expand a living colony on Mars. In this hands-on STEM+ camp, students work together to engineer a shared Martian settlement while crafting their own unique modules that connect to the larger base. Each session challenges learners to solve real problems future explorers may face on Mars—from shelter and energy to food systems and transportation.

Students deep dive into space with the research focusing on how to prototype a settlement built on the red planet, Mars. 

• Learn 3D modelling skills using CAD software 

• 3D-print a spaceships 

• Collaboratively design and build diorama of scale model of new colony  

• Learning to create ideas in a physical space though habitat construction
